Your account will automatically switch to the Free plan. You won't lose any data, but you'll be limited to 10 recordings per month and default templates. You can upgrade again at any time.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Security is at the core of Dictum. We use end-to-end encryption, HIPAA-oriented workflows, and SOC 2 certified infrastructure. Recordings can be auto-deleted immediately after processing and are never used to train AI models.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Absolutely. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time and continue to use your plan until the end of the current billing period.
With annual billing, you pay $249.99/year for Ultima instead of $89.99/month — saving over $830 per year. You'll be billed once annually. Annual billing is currently available for the Ultima plan only.
